What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls related to fraud concerns, transactions, and account inquiries
- Investigate potential fraud using internal tools and documented procedures
- Process fraud claims and disputes accurately
- Communicate resolutions clearly while maintaining confidentiality and empathy
- Document all case actions in the fraud management system
- Support team operations with additional tasks as assigned
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to pass background check, credit check, and fingerprinting
- Reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)
- Dedicated work area with a LAN connection
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
- Must reside in Puerto Rico
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months of experience in the banking or financial industry
Benefits
- Starting pay: $12.10/hr
- Up to $350/month in incentive pay
- Evening differential: +$1.50/hr, weekend differential: +$1.00/hr
