What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding financial services, accounts, and transactions.
- Deliver exceptional service through active listening and clear communication.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently—often on the first call.
- De-escalate challenging interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate call records for reporting and quality purposes.
- Identify potential opportunities to upsell products or services when appropriate.
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred).
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Windows-based systems.
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).
