Primary Responsibilities:
- Active preparation and participation in the monthly close process
- Maintain month-end reports and provide value-add commentary on trends
- Work with department heads to establish annual budget inputs
- Support ad hoc analysis
- Analyze historical data related to volume, centers, revenue and expense to identify future trends for forecasting and budget input
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
- Understanding of GAAP accounting standards
- Work experience in FP&A
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Experience with general ledger research and data manipulation
- Experience taking large amounts of data and translate it into valuable analytical and decision support results
- Proficient in financial modeling
Preferred Qualifications:
- Health care or retail knowledge
- Experience within a publicly held company
- Solid written and oral communication skills within all layers of the organization
