What’s a typical day as an Expense Reimbursement Associate? You’ll be:
• Processing expense reports and ensuring compliance with internal audit procedures using the Certify expense management tool.
• Handling expense reimbursement payment processing via weekly file automation into ADP.
• Managing data by processing weekly runs into SAP through Windshuttle.
• Maintaining expense report sample checks to support internal audit preparation.
• Running monthly AMEX reports, reconciling rental car reports, inputting data into SAP, and recording monthly accruals.
• Managing year-end tasks for expense reports, AMEX, and treasury/purchasing cards.
• Utilizing Certify to automate expense report creation, ensuring compliance with business travel policy, and identifying process efficiencies.
• Acting as the point of contact for Certify expense tool questions and enhancement opportunities.
• Reconciling treasury card transactions and investigating discrepancies.
• Managing American Express company cards, including issuing new cards and monitoring usage.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have two or more years of accounts payable experience.
• Are proficient with Certify or similar expense management tools.
• Possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks.
• Hold a minimum of a High School degree. An Associate’s Degree from a two-year college or technical school is preferred. Relevant work experience can be substituted for a degree.
