Job Purpose:

This position is responsible to support the execution of Executive Benefit Program functions related to sales, service, retention, implementation planning, marketing, communication, & training.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Executive Benefits Programs, development and delivery for the business.
  • Unique Position Specific for some holders of this role: Emphasis as the 457b SME for non-qualified deferred compensation plans
  • Work collaboratively with Executive Benefits Team to develop, implement and continually monitor processes used to sell and administer plan and products, guidelines and procedures.
  • Research and update competitive research and analysis on products and services in order to differentiate TruStage products and position appropriately to target audiences.
  • Monitor and establish success metrics associated with the overall business results, as well as staff metrics.
  • Collaborate and partner with other business areas (sales, communications, legal, compliance, etc.) to align messaging and ensure clarity when addressing Executive Business, develop contact for exact target, periodic customer emails, economic and industry trends, regulatory updates, white papers and internal newsletter

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience administering Executive Benefits or qualified or non-qualified pension plans.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple project and tasks to completion.
  • FINRA Securities Industry Essentials Examination, Series 6 or 7, and 63 and Investment Advisor Registration (Series 65 or 66), Life, Health and Variable Insurance
  • License or ability to obtain within 90 day.
  • Ability to travel.

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

Base Salary Range:

$86,000.00 – $129,000.00
