Schedule
- Full-time, remote in Knoxville, TN area
- Standard business hours with occasional flexibility for executive support needs
What You’ll Do
- Serve as point of contact for executive leaders, departments, and outside business partners
- Manage calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate meetings and materials
- Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense reporting
- Coordinate on-site/off-site meetings, including logistics, agendas, and catering
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and organizational charts
- Oversee office management functions such as payroll time submission, invoicing, and supplies
- Act with discretion and maintain confidentiality of executive activities
What You Need
- Associate’s degree or two years of college with focus in business/administration (or equivalent experience)
- 5–7 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting executive management
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (intermediate level)
- Proven organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and confidential information
- Self-starter able to support multiple executives with minimal supervision
