Schedule
- Remote (US-based only)
- 20–40 hours per week
- Must be available during US business hours
What You’ll Do
- Manage invoices, payments, and company expenses
- Conduct research and prepare reports on trends, best practices, and competitive insights
- Organize files, handle data entry, and transcribe notes
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, itineraries, and travel logistics
- Support inbox management, email follow-ups, and client communication
- Prepare presentations, update records, and manage company profiles
- Provide high-level support to executives, ensuring priorities are handled efficiently
- Handle ad hoc administrative and project tasks as needed
What You Need
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level leaders
- Bachelor’s degree or certification (required)
- Strong written and verbal English (B2+ level)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Calendar, and cloud tools
- Tech-savvy with solid problem-solving skills
- Reliable equipment: headset with noise cancellation, webcam, computer (1.8 GHz/4GB RAM), and high-speed internet (25 Mbps main / 10 Mbps backup)
