Opportunity Overview:

As R-Zero’s first EA, you will work side by side with our founding team to deepen strategic focus and foster record-breaking success. You will be the central point of contact for three executives, engaging with diverse stakeholders both internally and externally, managing time and information flow, and driving business priorities forward through prioritization. You’ll be trusted to manage the calendars and travel planning of this group, prepare meetings with high-level leaders, and ensure that time and energy are spent on the biggest possible impacts. Your organization, business acumen, and critical thinking will empower our founding team and catalyze growth for the entire organization

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for R-Zero’s three founders
  • Manage complex scheduling: set and prepare key meetings, control calendaring, and ensure time is allocated to business critical focus areas
  • Prepare travel itineraries and bookings
  • Take on day to day operational functions to increase executive team productivity: identify opportunities to free up time of leadership team
  • Create processes and norms for requests of founding team members: prevent unnecessary meetings and redundant efforts


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in direct support roles to C-Suite leaders, 5+ years ideal
  • 3+ years experience in startups
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Diligence and detail orientation: you hold yourself to a standard of excellence and care deeply about the quality of your work. Honesty, accountability, and humility are your MO
  • Understanding of urgency: you know the impact of the work we do at R-Zero and move quickly to make things happen
  • Confidence to manage upward: you don’t just give executives support, you create structures, guide prioritization, and challenge your executives to be and do better
  • Diplomacy and discretion: you understand how to engage with and navigate diverse audiences, from entry level to investors
