Job Summary

The Executive Assistant is responsible for a broad range of executive administrative activities to partner, lead, and assist three Executives, the CRO, VP of Rev Opts and VP of Customer Success. Responsibilities may include, project management, special assignments, scheduling, preparing agendas, managing meetings and events, developing company and client-facing emails, creating spreadsheets, running reports, and assisting other team members as needed, and other duties as assigned and listed below.

Essential Job Functions

  • Partnering with three Executives in all administrative duties including scheduling, taking notes and action items, attending meetings, tracking owner and action items, submitting expense reports, preparing presentations, reviewing, and responding to emails, assisting with travel.
  • Create and edit correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, surveys, and presentations using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, SurveyMonkey, and other software programs.
  • Serve as a conduit for communication and requests from FC divisions to the Managing Directors and Client Partner teams.
  • Manage special projects as assigned and perform other strategic operational assignments as directed.
  • Manage deadlines and create process for Managing Director consistency.
  • Manage various forecast reports weekly and pull everything into one master document.
  • Actively participate as a member of the leadership team with these 3 leaders.
  • Provide support to the client support team and other members of each team as needed.
  • Assist in managing sensitive client-facing communications.
  • Coordinate new hire logistics.
  • Maintain great relationships and collaborate with other business units and 3rd party vendors.
  • Set up and maintain hard copy and electronic files as needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ plus years in an administrative support role.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with Asana for project management.
  • High-level of trustworthiness, integrity, strong work ethic, and responsiveness.
  • Skilled in multitasking, note-taking, and organization skills with the ability to proactively streamline processes.
  • Excellent computer/technology skills and must be exceptional with MS Office and quick learning of various software platforms such as Salesforce, ADP, and Microsoft AX, Dynamix.
  • Possesses strong attention to detail, follow-through, professionalism, and business judgment.
  • Exceptional people skills including effective written and verbal communication skills.

For location-specific compensation:

California – Anticipated compensation for this position is $90-95k base salary. Actual offer may be outside of this range and will be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data
