What You’ll Do

  • Complex calendar management that includes scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, setting up video conferences, special projects and group events.
  • Assists with worldwide travel arrangements (airline, hotel reservations), processing country visas and preparing expense reports. 
  • Coordinate special projects and department activities for the executives and from time to time for the wider Leadership team, including calendaring, booking hotels & conference rooms, organizing attendees and agendas, and arranging food.
  • Prepares meeting materials including assistance with the creation of presentations, handouts and other related materials. Including ensuring attendees are aware of and prepared for meetings; Post-meeting follow-up; troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise.
  • Acts as a proactive troubleshooter with responsibility for making correct and often rapid judgments about forwarding questions and requests to appropriate personnel. 
  • Gather receipts and file expense reports in compliance with company policies.
  • Handle inbound phone calls and  business mail.
  • Greet visitors and ensure they are properly routed within Sonos.
