The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team of our organization. This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day schedules and appointments of the executive team, as well as handling confidential documents and communications. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for coordinating meetings and events, preparing presentations and reports, and managing expenses and travel arrangements for the executive team.
