Job Description
This role reports to the leader of the talech team. At talech, our mission is to use technology to empower business owners with the tools and insights needed to grow their business and achieve their goals. With talech software, business owners can streamline operations, grow sales, and understand their business. We are looking for an Administrative Business Partner who is energized by our mission. You anticipate the needs of key leaders. You help the entire team stay focused on the most important things by actioning business and administrative issues in advance. You act with urgency. You strategically focus your efforts to maximize the team’s impact. You are organized and able to communicate effectively with people across multiple business areas, functions, and levels. While you will work behind the scenes, you will power the potential of the people you support as well as the business owners we serve.
Your responsibilities include building and executing on administrative systems and processes—which include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with meeting coordination and calendar management for talech leaders
Actively participating in planning, execution, and post-meeting activities for executive in-person meetings and team in-person moments that matter (e.g., capturing key discussion points, synthesizing them, and sending summaries)
Maintaining up-to-date org charts, access, and distribution lists (e.g., team and all employee list)
Coordinating access and approval for hardware, software, and bank badge access for the executive team
Ordering and maintaining technology and workspace management for staff
Supporting talech co-leaders and leadership team—e.g., arranging travel, owning special projects, organizing team gatherings, responding to requests for information, organizing office space
Helping support the Palo Alto office location by coordinating team visits, team meals, and general office maintenance.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Five to eight years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
Broad set of organizational skills to enable the team to focus
Ability to take responsibility for multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and with urgency
Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Strong customer service focus and skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and perform well in challenging situations
Ability to listen to understand and use good judgment in solving problems and resolving conflict
Flexibility with schedule (overtime and travel may be required)
Growth mindset and willingness to learn new things (e.g., computer software and bank systems)

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $25.96 – $34.62 – $38.08
