Successful candidates for this role will be organized, detail-oriented, and have an uncanny ability to see the “big picture.” This marketing ambassador will partner with managers and directors to organize event logistics for our core and growth brands.

What You’ll Do

Lead logistical organization for all national and corporate trade shows and dealer meetings from inception through implementation, including ordering of show services, travel, and promotional items.

Maintain detailed spreadsheets tracking all of the logistics of each show, including but not limited to expenses and revenue, exhibition details, furniture, utilities, accommodations, etc.

Work with creative team on development of all event related marketing materials, both offline and digital

Have an overall understanding, as well as assist with the marketing department’s expense management process and be able to operate within a set budget for each event

Work seamlessly with our sales organization to create show specific promotions/specials and ensure sales leads generated from events are distributed correctly and in a trackable and timely fashion

Work with marketing manager to create presentations on industry trends, products and digital marketing tools

Travel and attend all predetermined shows to set up booth and act as on site point of contact

What We’re Looking For

1+ years of marketing or related work experience

Strong written & verbal communication skills

Orchestrate multiple activities at once; uses resources effectively and efficiently

Strong critical thinking skills; a methodical approach to problem-solving; excellent skills at executing plans

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task; Strong initiative and good judgment; strong attention to detail

Bonus Points

Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Sites, etc.) a plus

Experience in the recreational (RV and Powersports) and commercial (trucks and equipment) industry a plus

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
