What You’ll Do
⦁ Plan, coordinate, and oversee logistics for sports, concert, and theatre events
⦁ Partner with clients to understand needs and deliver on their vision
⦁ Coordinate with vendors, venues, performers, and staff to ensure smooth execution
⦁ Manage budgets, timelines, and schedules to hit deadlines
⦁ Support on site operations as needed, including setup, troubleshooting, and customer service
⦁ Follow up with clients after events to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
What You Need
⦁ Event coordination experience in sports, concerts, or theatre preferred
⦁ Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
⦁ Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
⦁ Basic computer skills for planning software, scheduling tools, and email communication
⦁ Strong attention to detail and comfort operating under pressure
⦁ Ability to work evenings and weekends when events require it
