Schedule
- Remote, US-based
- Seasonal: Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 – December 7)
- Overtime opportunities available
- High-performing agents may transition to full-time roles after the season
Responsibilities
- Educate, qualify, and enroll prospects into Medicare health plans while maintaining compliance
- Speak with customers to answer questions, explain plan options, and recommend best-fit coverage
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for both sales and support
- Provide accurate, compliant information to prospects and enrollees
- Work collaboratively with team members and managers
- Meet performance, quality, and compliance standards
- Show interest in growing a sales career by actively developing skills
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Must meet all requirements to obtain and maintain a health insurance license (Bloom covers costs for licensing, renewals, and training)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Attention to detail and time management abilities
- Comfortable working with computers, multiple websites, and digital tools
- Dependable, adaptable, and punctual

Compensation Range
