What You’ll Do
- Research and compare hotel options based on client preferences and budgets
- Prepare quotes, confirmations, and itinerary details
- Assist with hotel inquiries and reservation updates
- Maintain accurate booking and client records
- Coordinate with travel partners and hotel suppliers when needed
- Communicate professionally with clients and vendors via email and other channels
What You Need
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfort researching hotels and using booking platforms
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, web navigation)
- Reliable internet and a dedicated home workspace
- Hospitality, admin, or customer service experience is helpful, not required
