In this role, you will collect and analyze data, interact with members, manage projects, and collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality deliverable. To be considered, you must have a bachelors degree and at least one year of relevant experience.
This is a fully remote full time position.
Help Desk Specialist Job Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and verify data
- Assist with web page configuration
- Contact and communicate with members
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high quality deliverables and presentations
- Assist with additional ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic coding; Salesforce experience is a plus!
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Location: Remote
Schedule: Candidates but be flexible and able to work Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday from 1pm-10pm EST
