What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain client relationships while ensuring satisfaction
- Act as the main point of contact for inquiries and concerns
- Support account setup, renewals, and onboarding of new clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues quickly and professionally
- Prepare reports on account performance and client feedback
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Problem-solving and time-management abilities
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
