Job Description:
At Regions, the Enterprise Operations Document Review Specialist ensures loan documentation is complete and accurate according to State and Federal regulations along with the Regions policies and guidelines.
Primary Responsibilities
- Reviews loan documentation for accuracy
- Completes system validation to execute loan documents
- Exceptions for documentation/policy errors are entered in the exception tracking system
- Provides clear and concise written communication on missing or incorrect document exceptions
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Applicants will be expected to pass any assessment associated with the position

- Loan documentation experience
Skills and Competencies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
