Schedule
- Full time, remote from anywhere in North America
- Standard weekday business hours with some flexibility
- Occasional travel for trade shows, conferences, or related events
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for VIP and Enterprise marketplace dealers in recreational and commercial verticals
- Own customer resolution from first contact through final follow up
- Partner with the implementation team to set up new dealer accounts correctly
- Handle account change requests and ongoing account maintenance
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues that affect dealer advertising and performance
- Provide clear recommendations to improve results and resolve concerns
- Manage and track cases through to resolution
- Support sales with account insights, customer support, and retention efforts
- Deliver proactive outbound service calls and emails to key accounts
- Research and resolve both customer and consumer concerns in a timely way
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Up to 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer first mindset
- Clear written and verbal communication with internal teams and external clients
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams and think quickly when customers need solutions
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast paced environment
