What You’ll Do
⦁ Review incoming payments to identify payers eligible for ERA/EFT through the clearinghouse, create enrollments, and follow up until approval
⦁ Maintain payer billing and payment information by reviewing payer documents, processing updates per payer instructions, and confirming completion
⦁ Retrieve missing EOBs by contacting payers and requesting reprocessing when needed to support the payments team
What You Need
⦁ High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree in healthcare administration or related field is a plus)
⦁ 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare-related role
⦁ Strong attention to detail, comfort communicating with clearinghouses and payers, and the ability to follow process and track follow-ups consistently
