Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM CST
- Consistent work schedule with no commute
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients from an assigned pool, educating them on the advantages of our Medicare-sponsored chronic care management (CCM) program.
- Build rapport with potential patients while tailoring messaging to their demographics, health concerns, and insurance.
- Persuade patients to join the program by communicating benefits in a clear, personable, and empathetic way.
- Document patient interactions with accurate, high-quality data entry.
- Collaborate within a team while meeting deadlines and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher (required).
- Strong people skills with proven adaptability in a high-volume call environment.
- Ability to handle a high call volume (80%+ of workday on the phone).
- Clear, professional phone etiquette with strong communication skills.
- Empathy-driven mindset with patient-focused engagement.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Skype) and other software platforms.
- U.S.-based, available during standard business hours.
