This role keeps provider enrollment moving so clients can go live without delays. You’ll own applications, track statuses, clean up NPI issues, and keep everyone informed so enrollment doesn’t become the bottleneck.

Firstsource supports healthcare operations for provider organizations. This team handles provider enrollment and credentialing workflows so new and existing clients stay compliant and operational with payers and CMS requirements.

Schedule
• Remote (U.S.)
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST
• Call center style environment (desk work, extended sitting)

What You’ll Do
⦁ Prepare and submit provider enrollment applications for new and existing clients
⦁ Follow up on payer/CMS application status and keep work moving until completion
⦁ Maintain a detailed log of pending and completed work
⦁ Maintain and update credentialing and enrollment reports
⦁ Manage new client start-ups, group enrollments, and special projects
⦁ Communicate enrollment status to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders as needed
⦁ Resolve provider and NPI issues (effective dates, deactivations, denials, NPI site work, etc.)
⦁ Manage state and client master applications
⦁ Handle additional tasks as assigned by your manager

What You Need
⦁ High school diploma or equivalent (required)
3–5 years in credentialing and/or enrollment (preferred)
⦁ Knowledge of provider enrollment requirements for commercial insurers and CMS federal/state guidelines (preferred)
⦁ Strong written and verbal communication, professional stakeholder interaction
⦁ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (preferred)
⦁ Ability to multitask and stay organized under deadlines

Backbone moment: calling this “Sr.” at $18–$22/hr is… ambitious. If you truly have 3–5 years in enrollment/credentialing, you should still apply if you want the lane, but you should also be hunting for higher-paying provider enrollment roles in parallel.
