Schedule
- Remote role based in the United States
- Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, aligned with Mountain, Pacific, Alaska, or Hawaii-Aleutian time zones
- Full time, phone and text based patient outreach and enrollment

What You’ll Do
⦁ Conduct high volume outbound calls and text outreach to patients referred by partner physicians, serving as their first interaction with Cadence
⦁ Clearly explain program details, benefits, expectations, and responsibilities so patients understand the value of enrolling
⦁ Facilitate virtual enrollments and schedule follow up appointments with the Cadence Care team
⦁ Build rapport and trust with potential patients, answer questions, and address objections with empathy and clarity
⦁ Follow established scripts to meet quality standards while adapting your tone and language to connect authentically with each patient
⦁ Balance strong patient experience with productivity targets, documenting interactions accurately in CRM tools
What You Need
⦁ Experience in a healthcare services organization where you were accountable for performance metrics
⦁ Prior experience handling a high volume of outbound calls in a fast paced environment
⦁ Strong communication and problem solving skills with the ability to guide patients toward informed decisions
⦁ High level of professionalism and discretion with patient confidentiality and sensitive health information
⦁ Comfort using CRM platforms and other digital tools for tracking, documentation, and follow up
⦁ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding patient experience
⦁ Ability to build relationships, handle objections, and thrive in a results driven, autonomous environment built on trust and open feedback
