Responsibilities
- Contact patients through the Medsien platform to explain program benefits
- Build rapport and communicate with clarity, patience, and empathy
- Guide patients step-by-step through enrollment
- Address concerns and objections using compassionate communication
- Manage a follow-up pipeline for pending enrollments
- Accurately document all outreach and outcomes
- Collaborate with clinical operations to ensure smooth patient onboarding
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and warm phone presence
