What You’ll Do
- Complete ERA and EFT enrollment with payers, vendors, and clearinghouses
- Communicate with insurance carriers via phone, email, and fax
- Track and manage enrollment progress and documentation over time
- Support internal teams with updates, changes, and setup requests
- Maintain detailed notes and follow-through on long-term cases
- Handle EDI paperwork and special projects as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years medical AR or payment processing experience
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Self-starter with strong task management and adaptability
- Comfortable learning proprietary medical systems
