Schedule
Full time, remote role within the United States.
Standard business hours with flexibility around client needs and project timelines.
Daily collaboration with internal teams and external clients via phone, email, and online tools.
What You’ll Do
- Handle payer enrollments, revalidations, and follow up on claim submission and eligibility issues to keep revenue flowing.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and ensure all enrollment steps are completed on time.
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships with key decision makers.
- Investigate and resolve claim and eligibility issues while representing Digitech in a professional, solutions focused way.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project management, client relations, and billing, to address implementation and billing questions.
- Navigate Digitech’s software platforms to run reports, review payment posting screens, and pull claim details.
- Organize and prioritize your workload, tracking the status and progress of multiple client projects at once.
What You Need
- EMS experience and or knowledge of medical terminology preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Experience with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, plus confidence learning new systems and workflows.
- Familiarity with lockboxes and ticketing systems is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a professional phone presence.
- Ability to stay calm, courteous, and solution oriented when handling client issues.
