What You’ll Do
• Review, investigate, enroll, and update provider applications under the supervision of the Payer Operations Manager
• Maintain department standards for quality, production, and timeliness
• Perform data entry and process all provider enrollment and update types, including related documents
• Correct audit errors discovered during enrollment processing
• Work on complex provider enrollment applications with strict deadlines
• Resolve credentialing issues quickly to reduce patient impact and prevent revenue disruption
• Provide feedback on problem prevention and early intervention to minimize future enrollment issues
What You Need
• 2+ years of provider credentialing experience (healthcare setting preferred)
• Experience with CAQH and Verifiable
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced remote environment where deadlines matter
Benefits
