- Hours are project and deadline driven; you’ll coordinate your schedule with the Payer Operations Manager while meeting timeliness and quality standards
What You’ll Do
⦁ Review, investigate, enroll, and update provider applications under the supervision of the Payer Operations Manager
⦁ Ensure all provider enrollments and updates are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with department quality and production standards
⦁ Enter and process all types of provider enrollment and update requests, including related documentation and audit error corrections
⦁ Work on complex provider enrollment applications that must be completed under strict deadlines
⦁ Identify, address, and resolve issues that arise during the credentialing process and provide feedback for early problem prevention
⦁ Help minimize patient and revenue impact by ensuring enrollment issues are surfaced and resolved quickly
What You Need
⦁ Experience with Verifiable and CAQH
⦁ 2+ years of provider credentialing experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
⦁ Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
⦁ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
⦁ Clear, professional communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and external partners
