Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Starting pay: $17.50 per hour
- Initial training: 8–10 weeks
- Standard shift after training: 11:00am–8:00pm EST
- Rotating Saturdays and occasional overtime required
- Reliable broadband internet required (satellite-based providers such as Starlink not compatible)
What You’ll Do
- Convert prospective students into qualified applicants for Liberty University Online programs
- Handle high-volume outbound calls and inbound inquiries regarding undergraduate and graduate enrollment
- Counsel students on admissions requirements, financial aid, transfer credits, and military-related options
- Answer complex admissions-related questions with professionalism and accuracy
- Promote the features and value of Liberty’s online education programs
- Build relationships with internal support teams to address student concerns
- Document all interactions in information management systems
What You Need
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Customer service or sales experience a plus, especially in contact centers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to respond within 24 hours
- Leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to help students overcome barriers
- Ability to work first or second shifts, with rotating Saturdays and occasional overtime
