Through a provided lead list, the Engagement Specialist makes outbound calls to individuals (patients and non-patients) with the goal of enrolling them in a health and wellness program.

Success in this role involves rapidly building rapport with the call recipient, tailoring the value proposition to their individual needs, overcoming objections, and getting them started in the program.

You will join a team that is professional, collaborative, supportive, results-driven, and which celebrates success. Training and on-going coaching are provided to the Enrollment Patient Representative to help improve their skills and performance.

Details:

Monday through Friday with weekends off and Holidays off.

Schedules by time zone are as follows: ​8:00 – 4:30 ET, 7:00 – 3:30 CT, 6:00 – 2:30 MT

A well qualified candidate can expect to be paid between $18.50 and $19.50 to start

Telephonic Work/Engagement – 100%

Effectively communicates program information to new patients. Successfully (and appropriately) enrolls patients or schedules patients for appointments as required by program

Effectively re-engages existing patients care team members have been unable to reach

Conducts research as appropriate to find additional patient phone numbers and provider office contact and location information

Gathers and records accurate patient information

Escalates to a licensed RN as necessary

Meets metrics and performance goals set for team, including quality standards

Performs administrative and process tasks associated with engagement

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

College experience or degree is preferred

Call center / telephonic sales experience is helpful

Type a minimum of 30 words per minute

Familiarity with basic use of phone systems, voice mail and Microsoft Products

Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment

Salary/ Wage Range

$18.50 – $20.49 / hour
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
