Responsibilities
- Manage daily responses to customer feedback and public reviews across BBB, Trustpilot, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other social channels
- Develop and maintain response playbooks and templates with Marketing, CX, and Legal
- Collaborate cross-functionally to triage escalations and ensure compliant, empathetic responses
- Monitor brand mentions, customer sentiment, and emerging trends; share insights with CX and Product
- Track key metrics like response times, sentiment shifts, and volume trends
- Partner with Marketing on proactive social strategies that strengthen brand reputation
- Maintain brand tone and uphold Solace’s values across every public touchpoint
- Support light content creation that reinforces Solace’s mission online
- Manage advocate and patient appreciation initiatives, including e-giftcard distribution
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management, community engagement, or customer experience
- Exceptional writing skills and the ability to respond to sensitive feedback with clarity, empathy, and composure
- Direct experience managing brand presence across public review sites and social platforms
- Strong judgment and an ability to balance transparency, diplomacy, and compliance
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and CX
- Must be based in the United States
Bonus Points
- Experience in healthcare, tech, startups, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with social listening tools
- Experience building response playbooks or structured communication templates
