Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- High call volume, fast-paced production environment
- Performance measured by calls completed and members enrolled
- Daily queue management and detailed documentation required
What You’ll Do
- Call members to introduce the Somatus program and encourage enrollment
- Schedule members’ initial visit with the care team during the enrollment process
- Manage a daily outreach queue and hit call and enrollment goals
- Document every interaction clearly and accurately, following process standards
- Answer inbound calls and support rescheduling or reengagement as needed
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and energetic tone with members
- Assess situations quickly and choose the best path to meet member needs
- Support additional duties as assigned as workflows evolve
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)
- Experience in a high call volume setting (strongly preferred)
- Experience in a healthcare setting (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA (strongly preferred)
- Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Clear verbal communication with managers, teammates, and customers
