Who You Are

Brightwheel is looking for someone passionate about customer success and happiness. The ideal candidate is a quick learner and has incredible attention to detail. You are an expert at navigating multiple complex software tools, eager to take on responsibility for ensuring customer records are complete, and thrive on answering tricky customer questions. You collaborate and communicate like a pro and are comfortable independently driving critical tasks. Most of all, you are always driving to find solutions that are beneficial for both brightwheel and our customers.

This is a 6 month contract position with the possibility of converting to a full-time role.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with members of our Engagement team to drive critical and time-sensitive tasks to support ongoing customer engagement and retention
  • Monitor multiple customer communication channels and route issues to the correct team members
  • Directly resolve some customer inquiries via email, partnering with our customers to arrive at solutions that make sure they’re getting even more value out of brightwheel
  • Follow through on customer requests that require processing in our backend systems; ensure data is entered into systems correctly
  • Contribute to our energetic, fun-loving, collaborative and diverse team culture (even while remote!)
  • 1+ year of professional full-time experience post-education, ideally in SaaS customer success or sales
  • Strong customer service skills – professional demeanor, active listening, ability to provide clear instructions, boundless empathy, exceptional spoken/written English
  • Great attention to detail – nothing can slip through the cracks when we’re supporting our customers
  • Ability to manage time sensitive tasks and deliver on time every time
  • Comfort with working remotely using communication tools such as Slack and Zoom
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce in particular) a plus
