We are searching for someone who is highly disciplined in a remote environment to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. Qualified candidates must be process-focused and capable of managing multiple tasks daily.

Responsibilities will include participation in, management of, and/or ownership of various projects, including but not limited to data entry/clean-up for audit review, new partnership agreements and other administrative tasks. They will work under minimal supervision on projects and daily deliverables.

Essential Duties

  • Serve as point of contact to cross collaborate with outside teams such as sales and marketing.
  • Assist in Audit projects utilizing excel spreadsheets and other internal systems.
  • Provide internal customer support by assisting various team members with active projects. 
  • Be responsible for tasks which may include spreadsheet reporting, OneDrive document filing, or monitoring reports for omissions/errors, etc. for new/current projects.
  • Assist in Data entry duties and data clean-up projects.
  • Cross train with team members to provide backup on tasks/projects during vacations and out of office times.
  • Other duties as assigned by department leadership.

  • A high degree of proficiency with technological office products including but not limited to: Office365 (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook), SharePoint, Salesforce, and Asana.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in a highly integrated systems’ environment.

Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in operational support, administration, or project management or
  • High School Diploma and 7+ years in operational support, administration, or project management.

Other:

  • Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
  • This is a remote position.
  • Travel via plane, car, and metro may be required to perform this job.
  • Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant.
  • Access information using a computer.
  • Effectively communicate, both up and down the management chain.
  • Effectively cope with stressful situations.
  • Strong mental acuity.
  • Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job.
  • Other essential functions and marginal job functions are subject to modification.
