As one of our Employee Services Coordinators, you will be responsible for auditing and processing tuition reimbursement applications for our valued EdAssist clients. Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a self-starter (as this is a fully remote position), and will be able to manage multiple clients with relative ease.
The Employee Services Coordinator opening is part-time (an average of 20 hours a week) and requires that you have availability to work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. In addition, you must have the flexibility to work up to 40-hours/week during peak season (January, May, and August). This role is fully remote.
What you will be doing:
- Act as an independent reviewer to ensure policy compliance.
- Follow the tuition policy of all our corporate clients.
- Proof grades and receipts against submissions and client requirements.
- Ensure appropriate tuition discount is applied to invoices prior to submission for payment.
- CRM Processing of Cases and Help tickets submitted by employees.
- Answering calls for multiple clients
- Working in our Live Chat service to assist employees.
What we hope you will bring to this role:
- A minimum 2 years of customer service.
- Auditing experience and a BS/BA degree preferred.
- High level of computer proficiency is essential.
- Must possess strong interpersonal, as well as verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to learn and utilize proprietary software and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.

Compensation Range:
The hourly rate for this role will be a range between: 18$ – 20$ an hourCompensation Range: 18$ – 20$ / hour
