We are currently seeking a part-time Employee Engagement Coordinator to oversee our employee engagement program. In this role, you will assist in organizing on-site and off-site activities and excursions, seeking to build a sense of community while enriching the lives of our employees. These activities may include outings, game nights, exercise classes, or other planned group activities. You will be responsible to ensure that each operation develops a monthly activities and events calendar which will be posted for their team’s benefit. You must have a flexible schedule and be an employee advocate.
Responsibilities
- Manage the activities calendar and ensure it is up-to-date
- Organize on-site activities and events, such as team building exercises, holiday parties, and wellness programs
- Encourage employee participation in activities and events
- Confirm bookings or reservations for off-site activities and events
- Ensure a safe and fun environment for all participants
- Be an employee advocate and address any concerns or issues related to activities and events
