What You’ll Do
- Build and execute email marketing strategies aligned with business goals using Instantly.ai
- Create, deploy, and monitor campaigns across segments and customer touchpoints
- Develop advanced segmentation and targeting to maximize engagement and conversion
- Partner with creative to develop optimized subject lines, copy, CTAs, and visuals
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times to improve performance
- Track KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversions, ROI) and deliver clear optimization recommendations
- Administer Instantly.ai: manage lists, workflows, templates, and integrations
- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and applicable regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design to align email efforts with broader initiatives
What You Need
- Proven email marketing experience focused on campaign strategy and execution
- Hands-on expertise with Instantly.ai (required)
- Strong analytics skills with the ability to turn data into actionable improvements
- Experience running A/B tests and iterative optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to juggle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
