Responsibilities
Working Solutions seeks caring and compassionate educational sales representatives to guide families and caregivers to select the right academic solution for their students. This contract supports a chain of supplemental learning centers that provides tutoring, academic coaching and advancement, and test preparation. Independent contractors working on this client program will use a consultative sales approach to help parents and guardians select the adequate educational solution to match their students’ academic needs. In this role, you will provide personalized customer support by phone and SMS.

Earnings Potential
- US PROs will earn $0.26/talk minute; Canadian PROs will earn $0.18/talk minute (USD); bilingual PROs (Spanish/English) will earn $0.28/talk minute.
- Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.

Schedule
- Flexible schedule opportunities – you choose your hours!
- Schedule available hours Monday-Friday, 7 am to 10 pm CT, and Saturday, 7 am to 2 pm CT.
- Weekday and weekend options
- This is a seasonal role from May 22 – June 28th 2025
Work Environment Requirements
- Quiet, uninterrupted space
- Organized desk area
Technology Requirements
- Personal computer (no tablet)
- Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
- Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
- Windows 11 operating system
- Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
- Wired USB headset with microphone
- Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp utility.
Important Information
We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
Contractual Relationship: The relationship between you and Working Solutions is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. Working Solutions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Working Solutions. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against Working Solutions hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
