Varsity Tutors is looking for Educational Account Coordinators to join our team! Varsity Tutors is transforming how people learn with new and innovative technology, and offers a full suite of learning products that are personalized to the needs of every learner. Our award-winning online and mobile learning platforms connect students and professionals from all around the world with personalized instruction to achieve any goal. Educational Account Coordinators will address customer needs, with a heavy focus on inbound calls and positive resolutions. They assess needs, manage accounts to drive consumption, and increase retention and existing sales (renewals) by strengthening client relations and providing high-quality service. This is a seasonal, remote position with the potential for growth and promotion to a full-time Educational Account Manager role based on overall performance and business need. This is both a sales and service oriented role. Educational Account Coordinators will work closely with our sales and training teams and help ensure a positive experience for our clients.

Pay: $18/hr (temporary position, with potential for full-time promotion with increased salary, bonuses, and benefits)

Location: Fully Remote

Schedule: Various schedules available, with strong preference for evenings and weekends. There will a mandatory 1-week virtual training (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm CDT) to start.
