What You’ll Do
- Retrieve, process, and submit inbound and outbound data files daily.
- Handle 837 file conversions and ensure proper formatting for internal processing.
- Encrypt and decrypt data to maintain security and compliance.
- Run queries in Access and analyze reporting in Excel for accuracy and reconciliation.
- Conduct eligibility matching using demographic data within internal systems.
- Route completed claims accurately to internal mailboxes and stakeholders.
- Perform internal and external audits to ensure data integrity.
- Train EDI Coordinators on new and updated workflows and procedures.
- Support trading partners and internal teams with EDI-related troubleshooting.
- Resolve failed transactions and missing acknowledgments.
- Participate in ongoing projects while maintaining assigned workloads.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong data entry skills (6,000+ keystrokes/hour with accuracy).
- Intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, and Access.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines.
