Summary Description

The eComm Experience Strategist – Personalization is a subject matter expert for the overall performance and Athlete website experience related to the eCommerce Personalization Program. This role acts as an advocate for the Athlete and is a key contributor to developing strategy, driving improvement and managing the effectiveness of the overall Program. The Strategist will be responsible for implementing personalized experiences on all of our website properties including DICK’S Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, Public Lands and the DICK’S Sporting Goods Mobile App. They will utilize data to make decisions and will align their workload to specific KPIs and the overall goals of on-site Personalization. This role will be a cross-functional partner, collaborating with teams across the organization including Technology, Analytics, Creative and Category Merchandising.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

#LI-SL1Targeted Pay Range: $67,100 – $109,000. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
