Click “Apply Now” and complete your profile. You will then be prompted to complete an online assessment, which takes about 30 minutes to complete. If you are among the qualified candidates, you will receive an invitation to log in to our online portal, Vyne, to complete your profile and a technology scan. You can view our technology requirements here. After successfully completing your technology scan, you will have access to view both open and “Coming Soon” opportunities and apply directly to our client program contracts.
Once you complete your profile, assessment, and tech scan, you’ll receive early access to apply to opportunities as soon as they become available! At times, we may give our current PROs first access to open opportunities to ensure they have the ability to apply for other program contracts and schedule more hours. When this happens, you may see opportunities showing as “Coming Soon” within our applicant portal, Vyne, before they’re open to new applicants.

Overview
Client Programs
When you join the WooHoo! Crew, you can work providing customer support in any of these industries: education, travel and hospitality, fitness, arts and crafts, health and insurance, senior living, nursing credentialing, youth sports, and more.
Schedule
When you join Working Solutions, you work when it’s convenient for you. Our contract hours range from 15 to 40+ hours per week. Create your own schedule by selecting the available hours that are convenient for you. You can schedule time in as little as 15-minute increments giving you a ton of flexibility!
Compensation
Contract pay rates vary depending on the client, but we make sure we offer the best rates that we can to our contractors. Working Solutions contractors have earned up to $19+/hour (paid by the minute).
Required Skills
- Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service across different channels (phone, chat, e-mail)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail
- Friendly tone and professional demeanor
- Self-motivated and resourceful
- Tech-savvy and avid computer user
- Some programs may have additional skill or experience requirements
Important Information
Technology & Equipment Requirements
- Personal computer (no tablet)
- Broadband internet connection, with at least 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload speeds
- Wired internet connection, like Cable, Fiber Optic or DSL, is required; Wi-Fi connections, wireless modems, or Wireless or Mobile internet service providers are not accepted
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
- Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
- Wired USB headset with microphone
- Please note, Mac support is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp utility.
Work Environment Requirements
- Quiet, uninterrupted space
- Organized desk area
We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
