As an E-Commerce Specialist, you’ll support clients by managing storefronts, optimizing product performance, and keeping inventory, pricing, and customer experience on point. This is a long-term, work-from-home role with real responsibility and room to grow.

What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day website and marketplace operations to maintain a seamless shopping experience
- Respond to customer questions and support product selection with clear, friendly communication
- Optimize product listings with strong descriptions, specs, and visual assets
- Build and maintain relationships with content creators, influencers, and compatible brands
- Collaborate with internal teams on promotions, layouts, and campaign concepts
- Set and adjust product pricing based on trends and sales strategy
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners on stock and delivery
- Support and help manage PPC ad initiatives and social media engagement tied to store performance
- Pull performance data, track KPIs, and flag wins, risks, and next steps
- Handle related admin and ad hoc e-commerce tasks as needed
What You Need
- At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, website operations, or a closely related role
- Hands-on experience with content, product, and inventory management
- Familiarity with SEO and non-technical SEO best practices
- Skills and working knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, and/or eBay platforms
- Strong written and spoken English (B2 level or higher)
- Solid copywriting and editing skills for product pages and customer messaging
- Experience using Google Analytics for tracking and reporting
- Comfortable in Excel and MS Office
- Basic knowledge of CSS media queries is a plus
- Tech-ready home setup: headset, webcam, capable computer, and reliable internet

Pay range (monthly, depending on experience):
- Entry level (1–3 years): up to $3,700
- Intermediate (3–5 years): up to $5,100
- Expert (5+ years): up to $6,300
