  • Review and process documents to company standard/checklists and computer system
  • Perform data entry, report generating, scan documents, labeling files, filing documents, and other related tasks
  • Meet deadlines/daily production requirements
  • Assist with other departments dependent on business needs and work volume
  • Review documentation from customers
  • Complete necessary communications to managers about close contacts, request site cleaning, and notify local departments of health if needed


  • Familiarity with Mortgage Documents preferred, not required
  • Familiarity with EMBTrust
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (manipulating data, vLookups, locating trends, etc.)
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently

Job Type: Remote contract role – could be located anywhere in the US
