Urgency
This role is about deadlines and accuracy. If you apply, make sure your resume shows writing-heavy work (appeals, denials, compliance, arbitration, authorizations, provider disputes, or anything that smells like “case files and documentation”).
You’re not just “handling calls.” You’re building arguments, meeting regulatory clocks, and making defensible decisions. If that’s your lane, run it.
