- Temporary, work-from-home role

What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy for disaster-impacted callers
- Verify and update customer information; document each interaction accurately in web-based systems
- Follow client protocols and identify helpful next steps; conduct follow-ups as needed
- Use performance data to improve quality and efficiency; support outbound surveys when requested
- Meet schedule and quality expectations consistently
What You Need
- High school diploma/GED
- Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal/written communication; multitask across multiple browser tabs/windows
- Able to sit for extended periods and work in a structured environment
- Pass background check, drug screen, pre-hire testing, and internet speed test
- Able to obtain and maintain the required clearance level
Home Office Requirements
- Hardwired high-speed internet (fiber/DSL/cable); program-specific minimum speeds apply
