Schedule
- Part-time, temporary role
- Fully remote, Independent Contractor (1099)
- Paid monthly on the 10th for the previous month

What You’ll Do
- Answer and handle calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
- Collect, verify, and log caller details including name, phone, address, and issue.
- Determine caller needs using active listening and probing questions.
- Provide resources, referrals, and assistance links for financial pre-eligibility applications.
- Support survivors and callers with calm, compassionate communication.
What You Need
- Excellent verbal communication skills with proper grammar, tone, and clarity.
- Ability to remain calm and compassionate under pressure and during back-to-back calls.
- Strong multitasking and data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to use a computer quickly and accurately while navigating multiple programs.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a criminal background check.
Technical Requirements
- Windows 10 laptop or desktop computer (Macs, Chromebooks, tablets not supported).
- High-speed wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi, satellite, or mobile hotspots).
- U.S.-based ISP (no T-Mobile Home Internet).
- Current antivirus, antispyware, and firewall protection.
- USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone.
