What You’ll Do
- Answer and manage calls with professionalism and empathy
- Collect and accurately log caller information (name, phone, address, issue details)
- Determine caller needs using active listening and probing questions
- Provide appropriate resources, referrals, and application links for assistance
- Support disaster survivors by offering calm, compassionate communication
What You Need
- Excellent verbal communication, grammar, and professional tone
- Strong listening skills and ability to stay composed under pressure
- Comfort navigating multiple systems and performing accurate data entry
- Detail orientation with strong problem-solving abilities
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
