Job Description Summary
The Director, Strategy Implementation plays a crucial role in the organization’s success by ensuring that strategic plans are effectively implemented, and goals are achieved. They work closely with cross-functional teams to align initiatives, monitor progress, and drive execution. The Strategy Execution Manager is responsible for overseeing project management, facilitating communication, and working with leaders to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently, and projects completed.
Key responsibilities:
Partner with initiative teams to ensure visibility and transparency to initiative progress via formal and informal status updates, monitoring of milestone plans, and reporting to the LT
Ensure close coordination across initiatives and a clear understanding of the interdependencies between initiatives.
Monitor initiative risks and issues; partner with departmental leads and executive sponsors and other stakeholders to remove impediments to forward progress.
Establish and manage a consolidated resource plan across initiatives to ensure appropriate and balanced resourcing is in place.
Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in biotechnology
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge and experience in Cell & Gene Therapy market
- Computer software skills including Microsoft Office and CRM.
- Interpersonal skills and comfort with public speaking in front of small groups.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate successfully within own team as well as cross-functionally.
- Financially competent – robust understanding of P&L, business cases

Education Requirement:
BS or BA – Life Science
MBA Preferred

The full-time base annual salary for this remote position is expected to range between $178,200 – $207,900. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the location of the successful candidate, qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and job-related knowledge.
